In this “Baking With Boys” Video, I’m going to teach you the process of how to bake gorgeous and delicious focaccia bread in a cast iron skillet.
INGREDIENTS (DOUGH):
2 cups of warm water
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
2 teaspoons of salt
5 cups of fine baking flour
INGREDIENTS (FOR LATER):
Flour for sprinkling
Coarse salt Olive
Oil
UTENSILS:
10-12″ cast iron skillet
Large bowls for mixing
Measuring cups and spoons
Wisk
Wooden spoon
Dough knife (or spatula)
Tupperware container (for first rise)
Large bowls or tupperware (for covering dough during second rise)
